With a background in hospitality in the top restaurants and hotels, we help each customer feel at home with our friendly atmosphere and artisanal menu.
As a Pastry Chef who worked in some of the top bakeries and restaurants from Paris and Las Vegas to Los Angeles, and who led the pastry program at a Two-Star Michelin restaurant, Uyen learned that even the simplest of things, when handcrafted with love and attention, will bring the most joy.
Jeff spent a decade on Wall Street before moving to California to pursue his passion for the hospitality industry. His finance and operating experience pair nicely with Uyen’s culinary background. And of course, he is also the chief quality controller for Jeff’s Double Chocolate Chip cookies!
Our Bakery in Westfield
We brought the sunshine of California to NJ, so we could raise our family where it all started for Jeff. We can’t wait to get to know the Westfield community by sharing a hot cup of coffee, fresh baked croissant, slice of pie, or any of the delicious options in our café.
