Baking Classes
Bread Making 101
Feb 19, 5pm-7pm
You’ll learn the basics of yeasted doughs, make Parker House Rolls to take home, plus get a behind-the-scenes demo of how Chef Uyen creates our signature pretzels.
This baking class will be held in WESTFIELD on Thursday 2/19 from 5-7pm. Space is limited.

Bread Making 102
Feb 26, 5pm-7pm
In this follow up to Bread Making 101, students will build on the lessons of yeast risen doughs and will help mix, shape and bake off their own challah to take home. Chef Uyen will also give an insider’s look at other advanced shaped breads such as Kaiser and lobster rolls.
This baking class will be held in WESTFIELD on Thursday 2/26 from 5-7pm. Space is limited.

Cake Decorating
March 12, 5pm-7pm
Learn the art of cake decorating and leave with treats that look as good as they taste, perfect for birthdays, showers, holidays, or any occasion worth celebrating. Students will build their own 6″ cake and learn the basics of building and frosting cakes, etc.

Pies & Tarts
March 19, 5pm-7pm
Roll up your sleeves and learn to make traditional crusts and fruit fillings, then make your own pie to take home.
